Versailles Casino at a glance: our view

Versailles Casino did not start life online. According to the operator, the brand has run gaming halls in Belgium since the 1950s, and today it has one hall in central Brussels and another in Sambreville (Auvelais).

That physical presence gives the website its most concrete feature: you can ask for a withdrawal to be handed over in cash at a hall counter.

Otherwise the offer is that of a standard B+ casino, with slots, dice games, a few electronic table games and a small live section.

How we checked the facts

On 7 October 2026 we reread the FAQ, the terms and conditions, the contact page, the responsible gaming page and the official list published by the Belgian Gaming Commission.

Every figure below comes from those pages, and anything the operator does not publish is flagged as such. We did not open an account: timings are those announced by Versailles Casino, not our own measurements.

We see Versailles Casino as a serious B+ site on player protection and a well stocked one on deposit methods. What holds us back is its terms and conditions: the withdrawal caps and investigation periods they allow carry more weight than its reassuring FAQ suggests.

Versailles Casino licence and security

A B+ licence in Sonic's name

The domain versaillescasino.be appears on the Gaming Commission's official list of B+ licences (official source, opens in a new tab), in the name of Sonic SA, with an expiry date after our check. The licence number and exact expiry date are shown in the fact sheet on this page, taken daily from the register.

A B+ licence is the online extension of a gaming arcade licence (class B); the linked venue in the register is in Sambreville. The site footer states that the technical platform is supplied by LOR Invest SRL, which holds a class E supplier licence.

Registration and account security

Registration asks for your national register number, which prevents anyone from opening several accounts, plus a one-off identity check. If you sign up with itsme, the check happens automatically and no documents are needed.

The FAQ also describes two-factor authentication by e-mail or text message at login (texts are free of charge). It says player deposits are held in Belgian bank accounts, separate from operating funds.

Payouts appear on your bank statement in the name of Sonic S.A., without the word casino.

Responsible gaming tools

For responsible gaming, the dedicated section of your account offers the following tools, according to the FAQ:

  • a weekly or monthly deposit limit, lower than the legal limit if you wish;
  • a maximum session length, with automatic logout when it runs out;
  • a time-out from one day to a few weeks, and a longer self-exclusion that cannot be lifted before it ends;
  • a reality check set between 15 minutes and 2 hours, shown every 90 minutes by default with your playing time, stakes and balance;
  • lower limits apply at once, higher limits only after 72 hours.
Versailles Casino FAQ on a phone: deposit limit, session time limit, time-out and self-exclusion tools
Responsible gaming tools described in the operator's FAQ, checked on 7 October 2026

These tools sit alongside the national exclusion scheme. You can ask the Gaming Commission for a voluntary access ban (official source, opens in a new tab), which covers every licensed casino, arcade and website.

If gambling is becoming a problem, joueurs.aide-en-ligne.be (official source, opens in a new tab) (French) and gokhulp.be (official source, opens in a new tab) (Dutch) offer free, anonymous help, and the 0800 35 777 helpline is free.

One more useful point: the operator's contact page warns about a similarly named site under another extension that has nothing to do with it. Always check that the address ends in .be.

Our verdict: Safety and licence

8.5out of 10

Sonic SA's B+ licence runs until 2033 and identity is checked only once, through itsme or a one-off verification. Two-factor authentication, player funds in separate Belgian accounts and a full set of tools (deposit and session limits, time-out, self-exclusion, a reality check from 15 minutes to 2 hours) make for a solid foundation.

Versailles Casino withdrawals: bank transfer or cash counter

Bank transfer: the announced timing

There are two ways to cash out. A bank transfer is processed by the finance team within 24 business hours, according to the FAQ; after that it depends on your bank, with a stated maximum of 48 business hours when the transfer is not instant.

The terms add that, where technical conditions allow, instant payments between 10 and 499 euros are executed automatically about an hour after the request, with no guarantee. The minimum withdrawal is 10 euros and the operator charges no fee.

Cash collection at a hall

Cash collection is the house speciality. You pick a hall in the withdrawal screen, a four-digit code appears in your history, and an e-mail confirms within 24 hours that the money is ready. You then show your identity card and the code at the counter.

The FAQ names Brussels, Charleroi and Sambreville, but the halls page only presents two, Brussels and Sambreville, so wait for the confirmation e-mail before you travel.

Caps and checks worth knowing

ItemWhat the operator publishes
Minimum withdrawal10 euros (terms)
Bank transfer processingwithin 24 business hours as a general rule (FAQ)
Cap per online request5,000 euros (FAQ)
Cap per cash collection1,000 euros (FAQ)
Withdrawal feesnone charged by the operator (FAQ and terms)
Enhanced checksabove 2,000 euros (terms)

The terms are stricter than the FAQ and are worth reading before a first deposit. The operator may, at its sole discretion, apply withdrawal caps of at least 500 euros a day, 1,000 euros a week and 5,000 euros a month.

Deposited funds must be staked at least once before a withdrawal, as an anti-money laundering measure. An investigation into play and winnings can delay a payment by up to 90 business days, and an account not verified within three months may be suspended.

Strengths

  • Instant payments of 10 to 499 euros executed automatically where technology allows
  • No withdrawal fee charged by the operator
  • Four-digit code and confirmation e-mail for hall collections

Weaknesses

  • Discretionary caps of at least 500 euros a day
  • Every deposit must be staked once before a withdrawal
  • Investigations of up to 90 business days
  • Hall list differs between the FAQ and the halls page

Our verdict: Withdrawals

7.0out of 10

Transfers are processed within 24 business hours according to the operator, the 10 euro minimum is low, there are no fees and cash collection at a hall is a genuine alternative. The discretionary caps in the terms (at least 500 euros a day), the duty to stake every deposit once and investigations of up to 90 business days pull this criterion down.

Deposits at Versailles Casino: methods and amounts

Twelve deposit methods

The FAQ lists twelve ways to fund an account, which puts Versailles Casino among the better equipped B+ sites in this respect.

Deposits are credited as soon as they are approved and the operator charges no fee, although your bank or payment provider may.

  • Bancontact, Bancontact One Click, Bancontact via HiPay and Bancontact Mobile by QR code;
  • Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit cards;
  • Apple Pay;
  • Skrill and Neteller e-wallets;
  • Paysafecard and Neosurf prepaid cards;
  • Rapid Transfer and Brite instant bank transfers.

The list of deposit methods published in the FAQ, checked on 7 October 2026

Minimum deposit: 5 or 10 euros?

On the minimum amount, the operator's own sources disagree: the FAQ says 5 euros, while article 11.3 of the terms requires at least ten euros per deposit. We use the 10 euros in the terms, as they are the contractual document.

As on every licensed site, deposits are capped by default at 200 euros per week. You can ask for a higher limit from the deposit tab.

The Gaming Commission then checks the National Bank's Central Individual Credit Register and replies within about 72 business hours, according to the operator.

Administration fee

The terms let the operator charge a 15% fee on deposits and withdrawals that are not made for the purpose of playing, for example a deposit withdrawn without being staked. Only deposit what you intend to play with.

Our verdict: Payments

8.5out of 10

Twelve deposit methods are announced, including four versions of Bancontact, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Neosurf, Rapid Transfer and Brite, all free of operator fees. The one reservation: the 10 euro minimum deposit in the terms contradicts the 5 euros quoted in the FAQ.

The Versailles Casino games catalogue

Around a thousand games

The sitemap lists 1,016 French-language game pages on 7 October 2026, in line with the more than 1,000 games announced in the FAQ. The operator does not publish a separate slot count.

The casino categories menu sorts the offer into twelve sections: dice games, dice slots, live casino, roulette, jackpot, virtual sports, casino, blackjack, video poker and a Versailles Casino section, plus PICKS and the providers. There is no sports betting, only simulated races.

Games exclusive to Versailles Casino

In the dice slots and all games categories, five BetSoft tiles carried an « EXCLU » badge on 8 October 2026, among them Birds in The City, 3 Pots of Venice, Gold Nugget Rush 2 and The VIP. They are dice slots, not table games.

The site does not say what this exclusivity covers. The same titles carry the same badge on Wellington Casino, the other B+ site run by Sonic SA, so it applies to the group at best, not to Versailles Casino alone.

The dice slot is the signature format of a B+ licence: a reel machine whose symbols are dice faces. Versailles Casino splits them into two categories, dice games and dice slots, each opening with a row of current titles.

On 8 October the « Popular dice games this week » row showed only Air Dice titles, such as Mega Wheels, Infinity Dice, Mystery Deal, Grand Deluxe and Pure Deluxe.

The dice slots row mixes more studios: Gates of Olympus Dice and its 1000 version from Pragmatic Play, Fortune Coins Unlimited Fortune from Tada Gaming, Supreme Dice and 100 Power Hot Dice Edition from Amusnet, and 40 Spinning Dice from Spinomenal.

The Versailles Casino section gathers the games also found in the group's gaming halls, so a title met in Brussels or Sambreville can be found online: Fakir DiceSlot by Gaming1, Hot Cubes and Starliner by Greentube, MultiDice 81 by E-Gaming and others.

Live tables at Versailles Casino

The live casino category held 16 titles on 8 October 2026. Most are automated roulette wheels: Auto Roulette, Speed Auto Roulette and Auto Mega Roulette from Pragmatic Play, and four Stakelogic settings (Burgundy, Black Gold, Cool Ice, Emerald), in classic or standard versions.

They are joined by two Pragmatic Play BlackjackX tables, two Sic Bo games (Sic Bo and Mega Sic Bo) and two Amusnet European roulettes. The site does not say which titles have a dealer, and a B+ licence does not allow the full table offer of a land-based casino.

Video poker, table games and other games at Versailles Casino

Beyond dice games and the live casino, the offer breaks down as follows:

  • video poker: Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild, Joker Poker and Turbo Poker, from Wazdan, WorldMatch and RedRake;
  • casino: Pokerjack and Dragon Tiger from Darwin, Dragon Sic Bo from Gaming1, Craps and Pai Gow from BetSoft, and many electronic roulette and blackjack tables;
  • virtual sports: simulated races from Golden Race (dogs, horses, motorbikes, speedway), with random outcomes;
  • instant dice games: short games such as Crash Dice, Plinko Dice, Mines Dice and Penalty Dice;
  • jackpot: games with a prize pot from Amusnet, WorldMatch, Synot, CT Interactive and Air Dice; we quote no pot amounts.

We found no game show, bingo, keno or scratch card: BetSoft's « The game show » is a machine in the dice slots category, and « Scratch Dice » is a dice game.

Versailles Casino game providers

The providers page names 25 studios. The most frequent in the catalogue are Betsoft, Air Dice, Amusnet, WorldMatch, Synot, TrueOdds, Tada Gaming and Belgium's own Gaming1, alongside Pragmatic Play, EGT Digital, Endorphina, Greentube, Wazdan, Habanero and Stakelogic.

According to the terms, each provider sets the return to player (RTP) of its games; the operator does not publish an average RTP. Every game result remains random, and no method changes that.

Our verdict: Games

7.0out of 10

With 1,016 game pages in the sitemap and 25 providers, the catalogue is broad for a B+ site. The live casino is limited to automated roulette, BlackjackX and two Sic Bo games, and the operator publishes no average RTP.

Versailles Casino on a smartphone

No app, an adapted site

Versailles Casino has no app to download. The FAQ says so plainly: a separate app is not needed, as the site adapts to the screen of your phone or tablet. We found no App Store or Google Play listing published by Sonic.

Our phone-sized screenshots show a bottom navigation bar (search, games, profile, notifications) and a FAQ that reads comfortably without zooming.

What having no app changes

Without an app there are no push notifications or system-level fingerprint login, but nothing to install or update either. You log in as you would on a computer, with two-factor authentication if you have switched it on.

Our verdict: Mobile

6.0out of 10

The site adapts to a phone screen and stays readable on our screenshots, navigation included. The licence holder publishes no iOS or Android app, however, which limits this criterion.

Versailles Casino customer service

A form and a reply by e-mail

The FAQ says support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The only channel described is a contact form: an agent replies by e-mail, usually within an hour during the day and always within 24 hours, according to the operator.

No live chat or phone number appears on the pages we reread. The terms state that services are offered through forms in French, Dutch and English.

Complaints: seven days to act

For a complaint about a game or a payment, the terms set a short deadline: seven days after the event, through the help tab or by e-mail. The operator undertakes to handle complaints within 72 business hours, extended by another 72 hours if a game provider has to investigate.

You can also contact the Gaming Commission, giving at least your surname, first name and date of birth.

Our verdict: Customer service

6.0out of 10

Support is announced around the clock, with e-mail replies within 24 hours and forms in French, Dutch and English according to the terms. A form remains the only channel, though: no chat or phone line is mentioned anywhere.

The Versailles Casino offer: Royalty Club, V-Coins and jackpots

What we reread

On 8 October 2026 we reread the Royalty Club page, articles 11.5 and 11.6 of the terms, the FAQ and the jackpot game pages.

The site shows nothing tied to registration or deposits: its FAQ points out that such advantages are not allowed, as article 60 has confirmed since 1 September 2024 (although the FAQ wrongly dates the ban to 2020).

What remains visible falls into three groups: a club with a convertible currency, operations that the terms leave to game providers, and jackpots built into the games.

The mechanisms on display

MechanismHow the operator describes itFrequencyPublished conditions
Royalty Club and V-CoinsV-Coins build up on eligible real-money stakes and the V-Coins Switcher turns them into euros on the real balancePermanent1 V-Coin per 10 euros staked in one session on slots and dice games, 1 per 30 euros on roulette, video poker and blackjack; 100 V-Coins = 1 euro; verified account, aged 21 or over
Extra Payout (article 11.5 of the terms)A permanent increase in the payout rate, according to the termsPermanentAt most 0.10% of eligible stakes on dice games and slots, about 0.03% on roulette, video poker and blackjack; neither a guarantee of winnings nor of return
V-Coins statusAdvantages tied to a status category whose tiers are not publishedNot statedStatus reset to zero once 365 consecutive days pass without a credited deposit; V-Coins already earned remain convertible
V-Coin BoosterA temporary multiplier on V-Coins for certain games or periodsOccasional, no published calendarGames, multiplier and conditions announced before each Booster; none visible without an account when we checked
Provider tournaments and prize drops (article 11.6 of the terms)Operations with extra rewards run by game providersNot publishedRules on the site or in the game; no tournament displayed and no rules found online
Progressive jackpotsPart of every stake feeds a pot shown in the game, awarded through a combination or a random drawPermanentMinipot, Jackpot, Grand Jackpot, Mystery Jackpots, Gaming1 Star Jackpots; some games require the maximum stake
Random jackpot and must-drop jackpotThe first triggers regardless of stake and symbols, the second before a ceiling or a time set by the gamePermanentExplained in each game's information sheet; sections for Airdice, Greentube, Amusnet, CT Interactive, Gaming1, Worldmatch

What article 60 calls into question

Four of these mechanisms raise a legal question that we cannot settle:

  • Extra Payout: the Gaming Commission only accepts a higher payout rate when it is written into the game rules and identical for everyone, which we cannot confirm;
  • V-Coins status: article 60 specifically prohibits any advantage that varies with player behaviour;
  • V-Coin Booster: the Gaming Commission does not accept an advantage presented as available for a limited period;
  • tournaments and prize drops: their compatibility with article 60 is not established.

V-Coins and jackpots: our notes

V-Coins cannot be staked: they only have value once converted, and the resulting euros then follow the withdrawal rules of article 11.3 (verified account, caps, timings).

The operator may suspend conversion, correct a balance after a technical error or switch the whole mechanism off after prior notice. We describe the club because the site puts it in its main menu, not to recommend it.

For jackpots, the FAQ says that a progressive game shows its pot at the top of the screen and that its rules are in the game's information section.

No way of playing makes a jackpot more likely: every round depends on a random number generator, and we do not quote any pot amount.

Versailles Casino publishes no mobile app, so no advantage linked to installing an app or logging in through one exists here.

Readable terms that favour the operator

The terms are long but readable, in French (which prevails), Dutch and English. They cover the 14-day withdrawal right, the legal deposit limit, identification rules and the withdrawal clauses mentioned above.

Their tone is strongly protective of the operator, especially on complaint deadlines and limitation of liability.

Strengths

  • Nothing tied to registration or deposits
  • V-Coins conversion rate published
  • Jackpot mechanics explained in each game

Weaknesses

  • V-Coins status tiers not published
  • Boosters announced without a calendar
  • FAQ dates the ban to 2020

Our verdict: Offer and terms

5.5out of 10

The site displays nothing tied to registration and its FAQ points to the ban. The Royalty Club, with convertible V-Coins, a status system and temporary boosters, raises a serious question of compliance with article 60, and the terms remain heavily weighted towards the operator (15% fee, complaints within 7 days).

Our final verdict on Versailles Casino

Who the site suits

Versailles Casino suits a player in Belgium who wants an authorised B+ site, likes to pay with Bancontact or an e-wallet, and values the option of collecting a withdrawal at a hall counter in Brussels or Sambreville. The limit tools and the detailed FAQ count in its favour.

Who it suits less

It is less suited to anyone looking for an app, live chat or a genuine live dealer casino, or wanting withdrawal terms without strings.

The discretionary caps and investigation periods in the terms deserve a careful read before the first deposit. Gambling is paid entertainment, never a source of income.

Our advice fits in one sentence: read article 11.3 of the terms before you deposit. We find the FAQ clear and the limit tools well designed, but it is that contractual document that sets your rights when you withdraw.

Frequently asked questions about Versailles Casino

Is Versailles Casino legal in Belgium?

Yes. The domain versaillescasino.be is on the Gaming Commission's B+ list in the name of Sonic SA, with an expiry date after our check on 7 October 2026. The licence number and expiry date are shown in the fact sheet on this page.

How long does a Versailles Casino withdrawal take?

The operator says bank transfers are processed within 24 business hours, followed by up to 48 business hours at the bank if the transfer is not instant. A cash collection at a hall is confirmed by e-mail within 24 hours. These are timings announced on 7 October 2026, not measurements.

What is the minimum deposit at Versailles Casino?

The terms require 10 euros per deposit, whatever the payment method. The site's FAQ mentions 5 euros: we use the contractual figure from the terms.

Can I collect my winnings in cash?

Yes, at a Versailles Casino hall chosen in the withdrawal screen, up to 1,000 euros per collection. Wait for the confirmation e-mail, then show your identity card and the four-digit code from your history.

Why does Versailles Casino not offer a welcome bonus?

Because article 60 of the Act of 7 May 1999 has prohibited bonuses at Belgian operators since 1 September 2024. The site does display the Royalty Club, where V-Coins awarded on stakes convert into euros (100 V-Coins for 1 euro): a mechanism that the same article 60 regulates and whose compliance we have not verified.

Does Versailles Casino have a mobile app?

No. The operator says an app is not needed: the site adapts to your phone screen in the browser.

What games does Versailles Casino offer?

Around a thousand: the sitemap lists 1,016 game pages from 25 providers on 7 October 2026. Most are dice games and dice slots, alongside roulette, blackjack, video poker, virtual sports and a live casino category of 16 titles, mostly automated roulette. The lobby has no game shows, bingo or keno.

How do I set a limit or exclude myself at Versailles Casino?

In your account, under responsible gaming: deposit limit, session length, time-out or self-exclusion. To be excluded from every operator, request a voluntary access ban from the Gaming Commission. Free help: 0800 35 777, gokhulp.be or joueurs.aide-en-ligne.be.
