This site collects as little data as possible: no account, no newsletter, no targeted advertising, and a single optional form: the one for player reviews. This policy describes the only processing that remains and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Controller
The controller is the publisher of Online Casino Games, reachable at contact@online-casino-games.be. The geographical address appears in the legal notice. The publisher's identification details are provided on simple request to that address, and to any authority that requires them.
1. Technical operation of the site
To display pages and protect the site against abuse, our host Cloudflare processes technical connection data (IP address, browser, page requested). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure site. We do not store these IP addresses in our own database.
2. Log of clicks to casinos
When you click a button leading to a casino, we record the casino, the language of the site, the type of page you came from, the date and a daily encrypted fingerprint derived from your IP address. The fingerprint changes every day and cannot be used to recover the address. The click-tracking service run by the publisher likewise records an encrypted fingerprint, approximate country and city, device type, operating system, browser, language and referring site, with no readable IP address. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring how useful our pages are and in substantiating affiliate commissions. Retention period: these click records, including the daily non-reversible fingerprints, are kept for no more than thirteen months and then deleted.
3. Audience measurement
No audience measurement tool is active on this site at the moment: no measurement cookie is set and no signal, with or without cookies, is sent to Google or any other analytics service. If we add audience measurement, this page will be updated before it goes live, and its cookies will only be set with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Email exchanges
If you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in handling your request. Retention period: no more than twelve months after our last reply, unless the law requires a longer period.
5. Player reviews
If you post a review of a casino, we record your username, your rating, the title and text of the review, the language of the site, the submission and confirmation dates, an encrypted fingerprint of your email address and a short encrypted fingerprint of your IP address. Your email address is never stored in plain text: it is used once, to send you the confirmation link, through our processor Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which keeps a technical sending log. The fingerprint of the address, computed with a secret key, only lets us accept one review per address and per casino; it cannot be used to recover the address. The IP fingerprint and counters, also encrypted, are used to limit abusive submissions.
Purpose: publishing verified player reviews on casino pages. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the publication box, which you may withdraw at any time by writing to contact@online-casino-games.be; we then erase your review. Published data: the username, rating, title, text and confirmation date, never the email address. Retention period: an unconfirmed review is erased as soon as the link expires (48 hours), at the latest the following night; a rejected review is erased 30 days after rejection; a published review stays online as long as you do not withdraw your consent and the casino page exists. Anti-abuse counters are erased the night after their window closes (24 hours at most).
What we do not do
We sell no data, build no profiles, carry out no targeted advertising and never ask for your age, identity or bank details.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to withdraw your consent to audience measurement.
