What we reviewed

On 7 October 2026 we read the FAQ, the general terms, the support, responsible gaming and legal notice pages, the « all games » page and the list of providers, then the official Gaming Commission register and the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises.

When we checked, the site occasionally returned a 502 error; every page quoted here could eventually be read. We did not open an account: the timeframes mentioned are those announced by the operator.

Licence and safety at Palladiumgames: WEMA, B+ licence and player protection

A B+ licence linked to the « 36 win » arcade

The domain palladiumgames.be appears on the list of B+ licences published by the Gaming Commission (official source, opens in a new tab), which covers the online operation of slot machine arcades.

The licence holder is WEMA, a private limited company with its registered office at Zelebaan 124 in Lokeren. The register links the licence to the land-based arcade « 36 win » at the same address.

Despite its name, Palladiumgames is therefore not attached to a venue called Palladium. The licence file number and expiry date are shown in the technical sheet, taken from the register.

WEMA, Pascual Group and hosting

WEMA is registered under number 0417.772.961, which you can check in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (official source, opens in a new tab).

According to the general terms, the operator works with the Ghent-based company Pascual Group, which holds a class E licence, and its servers are hosted by Combell in Ghent. The FAQ adds that the servers are located on Belgian territory.

Registration, limits and exclusion

Access is refused to anyone under 21. You can register with itsme or manually; in the latter case, you send a valid identity document by email or upload it to your profile.

Only one account is allowed per player, and according to the general terms both the username and the password must be 6 to 8 characters long.

The control tools are described more briefly than at other operators. The responsible gaming page says you can limit your deposits and activate an exclusion period yourself in your profile, or ask customer service to do it for you.

The legal notices mention a voluntary exclusion from the site in the profile menu. The operator does not describe a session length limit or a playing time reminder.

To exclude yourself from every licensed venue and website, request a voluntary access ban (official source, opens in a new tab) online from the Gaming Commission.

Palladiumgames also points to Aide en ligne (official source, opens in a new tab), a free and anonymous service in French, while Gokhulp (official source, opens in a new tab) offers the same in Dutch, and the 0800 35 777 helpline is free of charge.

Withdrawals at Palladiumgames: timeframes and checks

Two different timeframes

Withdrawals are paid by transfer to your bank account, requested from the withdrawal tab of your account. According to the FAQ, you can cash out at any time except in the middle of a game.

The announced timeframe depends on which page you read:

• the FAQ states that requests are processed within 2 business days;
• the same FAQ adds that you should allow about 2 to 4 business days before the money reaches your account;
• the home page claims that winnings are processed on the first business day after your request.

We use the longer of the two processing times, 2 business days, because it is the most cautious assumption for you. It is a timeframe announced by the operator, not a measurement.

Minimum amount, fees and verification

The minimum withdrawal amount is published neither in the FAQ nor in the general terms.

Before any withdrawal, your account must be fully validated and the operator asks for proof that the IBAN account belongs to you. The general terms state that the operator takes no commission, although your bank or the payment provider may charge fees.

Deposits and payments at Palladiumgames

Accepted payment methods

Between them, the FAQ and the home page list these methods:

• Bancontact;
• Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit and Carte Bleue Debit cards;
• the payment provider Ingenico and bank transfer, both listed in the FAQ;
• Paysafecard, mentioned on the home page only.

No e-wallet such as Skrill, Neteller or PayPal is mentioned. According to the general terms, an approved deposit is executed immediately unless a technical problem occurs.

Minimum deposit and legal limit

The minimum deposit is not published. The legal limit, however, applies from registration: 200 euros of deposits per week per site.

The general terms state that a higher limit is granted after 72 hours with the Gaming Commission's approval, that a lower limit applies immediately, and that a refusal is notified in writing.

Games at Palladiumgames: a catalogue geared towards dice

Size of the catalogue and Palladiumgames categories

By our count, the « all games » page showed 599 games on 7 October 2026; the operator publishes no total.

The menu offers five sections (dice games, dice slots, roulette, card games, jackpot), a « game of the week » and a page of 40 categories. These sort games by theme (jungle, antiquity, sport, winter), by volatility, by number of lines or by format, such as « 4-Box Dice » and « 3x3 Diceslot ».

Games exclusive to Palladiumgames: the Seven & Wild studio

The exclusive games category holds twelve tiles, all from the Belgian studio Seven & Wild, the only provider offered by its filter. They are online versions of games known from Belgian arcades, in several formats:

• Diamond Jungle and Diamond Jungle XXL;
• Wonderland and Wonderland XXL;
• Hong Kong Dice and Queen of Dice;
• a « Jackpot » version of each of these six games, with a built-in progressive jackpot.

Several of these titles sit in the dice games section rather than among the dice slots. We have not checked whether other licensed sites offer them too.

Dice slots featured at Palladiumgames

The dice slots section is by far the largest. The lobby's « Populaire » category, which mixes dice slots and dice games, put these titles at the top on 8 October 2026:

• Pure Deluxe, Coco Craze and Mega Cubes Deluxe;
• Hell Hot 100 Dice and Heat Reels 160 Plus Dice;
• Lucky Dice Clover 20 and Dice Gold 243;
• Sweet Bonanza 1000 Dice and Wonderland Jackpot.

Two categories, low and high volatility, describe the rhythm of a game: more regular or more spread-out results. Volatility changes nothing about the randomness of each round.

Roulette, cards and other games at Palladiumgames

The roulette section has around twenty electronic versions, including European Roulette, Vertical Roulette, Steampunk Roulette and several « Virtual » roulettes. The table games category adds eight blackjack variants, a Sic Bo and a Dragon Sic Bo.

Among the card games are video poker titles (Jacks or Better, Joker Poker, American Poker 2) and an electronic Hold'em, Grand Hold'em. The site also offers dice games with a built-in wheel, grouped under « Wheels », and a « Sport » category themed on football and tennis.

We found no bingo, keno or scratch cards among the categories.

No live casino and no game show at Palladiumgames

None of the 40 categories and no menu section points to a live casino, and no game show is offered. The operator does not announce one, without stating that it has none. All table games on the site are electronic.

Palladiumgames providers and return to player

Fourteen providers are listed: Air Dice, Amusnet, Bellot, CT Interactive, eGaming, Endorphina, Fazi, Gaming1, Greentube, Kajot, Pragmatic Play, Seven & Wild, Spinomenal and Synot.

No average return to player rate is published. The outcome of every round remains random, whatever the game.

Palladiumgames on smartphones and tablets

An optimised site, no app

Palladiumgames offers no app, and we found none published by WEMA on the Belgian App Store.

The operator says its site is optimised for mobile devices and, in the FAQ, that all its games are available on mobile phones. The general terms confirm that the site can be used from a computer, a phone or any internet-connected device.

Navigation and system requirements

On our phone screenshots, navigation runs through a collapsible menu with sign-up and log-in buttons at the top of the screen, and the help pages read without zooming.

For computers, the general terms list a minimum setup: Windows 10 or macOS 11 and later.

Palladiumgames customer service: in writing only

A single channel: email

The customer support page offers a single channel: the address support@palladiumgames.be. The service is described as « always at your disposal », with no published opening hours.

There is no chat and no telephone number; the « chat messages » section of the general terms refers to a discussion forum between players, not to support.

The reply language is not stated, even though the general terms say the operator provides its services in Dutch, French and English.

Complaints and mediation

In case of dispute, the general terms require a complaint to be filed within 14 days of the events; the operator undertakes to handle it within 5 business days.

You can also turn to the Consumer Mediation Service, or to the Gaming Commission by email or post for a breach of gambling legislation.

Palladiumgames' offer: jackpots, Drops & Wins and game of the week

Palladiumgames has no promotions page, no loyalty club and no published tournament: its sitemap, FAQ and general terms, which we reread on 8 October 2026, mention none.

What the site highlights comes down to game categories and an editorial section. The Gaming Commission sets out the scope of the ban in its information on the application of article 60 (official source, opens in a new tab).

The mechanisms on display

What we do not repeat

The home page groups bonus buys, free spins triggered in play and progressive jackpots under the heading « Bonuses and promotions », although these are not advantages but game features.

The Jackpot category page claims that the chance of a jackpot rises as the amount grows and that winning money has « never been so easy ». Nothing supports these claims, which we do not repeat: the outcome of every game remains random.

Palladiumgames has no app, so there is no boost for installing an app or logging in through one. No programme of convertible points, like the « Extra Payout » other operators display, appears anywhere on the site.

The home page is far more promotional than the general terms, with phrases such as « the best online casino in Belgium »: this is self-promotion, not backed by anything verifiable.

The general terms, on the other hand, are precise about accounts, payments and complaints. Where language versions differ, the Dutch version prevails.

Our final verdict on Palladiumgames

Who Palladiumgames suits

Palladiumgames will mainly appeal to Belgian players drawn to dice games and Seven & Wild titles, who pay with Bancontact or a debit card and do not need immediate contact with support.

The B+ licence and the operator's identity are clear and verifiable.

Who it suits less

The site is less suited to anyone who wants to know the minimum deposit and withdrawal in advance, use an e-wallet, play live or get an answer by chat. The withdrawal timeframes that differ from one page to another are also worth keeping in mind.
