Ladbrokes Dice

Ladbrokes Dice at a glance: a dice games site under a B+ licence

What a B+ licence allows

In Belgium, a B+ licence allows the games found in slot machine arcades to be offered online. For players, that mostly means dice games: machines whose reels show dice, grids to fill in, and automated versions of roulette or blackjack.

Ladbrokes Dice is the brand's offer of this kind. It came out of the split required by the Van Hecke Act: the site's FAQ now distinguishes three platforms, Sport, Casino and Poker, and Dice.

An account just for the dice site

The help centre puts it plainly: an account created on DiceLadbrokes.be cannot be used to log in to the brand's casino or betting site, and each platform requires its own login details. This guide covers diceladbrokes.be only.

It relies on the site's public pages, its French and Dutch help centre and the Belgian Gaming Commission register, all checked on 7 October 2026. We hold no player account with the operator and have never deposited there.

The Ladbrokes Dice B+ licence and player protection

Licence holder and gaming hall

The domain diceladbrokes.be is listed on the Gaming Commission's list of B+ licences (official source, opens in a new tab), in the name of L'Aristo SA/NV, with the Madison Casino gaming hall as its establishment. The technical sheet on this page shows the file number and expiry date taken from the register; on the date of our check, the licence runs until January 2029.

The site footer confirms the arrangement: SA Derby has entered a partnership with L'Aristo to offer and operate the online dice games, the licence having been granted in 2020.

Sign-up and account checks

According to the French FAQ, verifying an account usually takes 24 to 48 hours. The Dutch version asks for a copy of both sides of the identity card before the first withdrawal request.

The national register number is entered at sign-up, without spaces or punctuation. The help centre reminds players that the minimum age has been 21 on all Ladbrokes platforms since 1 September 2024.

Deposit limit, breaks and exclusion

To change your deposit limit, go to « Mon compte », then « Préférences », tab « Jeu responsable », first section « Auto-limitation » (French interface labels). According to the dice FAQ, the new limit is set 72 hours after approval by the Gaming Commission.

A temporary self-exclusion from the same section lets you take a break. On the other hand, the operator states that no playing-time limit is available in the account settings.

The site's responsible gambling page explains how to go beyond the legal threshold of 200 euros per week: a sworn statement that you are not in default on a loan, possibly after a check with the National Bank. The increase then applies 72 hours after approval.

The operator states there that online gambling is in no way a source of income. The bottom of the page shows its support partners, including CHU Brugmann, where the FAQ places the Dostoievski gambling clinic.

The exclusion offered by Ladbrokes only covers its own accounts and betting shops, as the Dutch FAQ explains. For a ban that applies to every Belgian operator, online and in gaming venues, use the Gaming Commission's voluntary exclusion form (official source, opens in a new tab).

Free and anonymous help is available on joueurs.aide-en-ligne.be (official source, opens in a new tab) in French, gokhulp.be (official source, opens in a new tab) in Dutch, or on 0800 35 777.

Withdrawing at Ladbrokes Dice: the missing information

What the help centre leaves out

This is the site's main gap. Neither the French nor the Dutch FAQ for the dice site describes withdrawal methods, the minimum amount, fees or processing time.

Terms and conditions exist, but in a part of the site closed to search engine crawlers, which we therefore did not consult. We list these items as not disclosed rather than assume they match another site of the brand.

Every deposit must be played in full

One rule is spelled out, however: DiceLadbrokes.be cannot be used as a banking service, every deposit must be played in full and cannot simply be withdrawn.

In practice, money deposited but not played does not go back to your bank account. Before the first request, your identity must also have been verified, which takes 24 to 48 hours according to the operator.

Depositing at Ladbrokes Dice: methods shown and the cap

Five logos, no details

The site footer groups the logos of Bancontact, PayPal, Neteller, Paysafecard and Neosurf under the heading « Payment methods ». The site does not say which ones are used to deposit, to withdraw or both, nor from what amount.

Steps and the legal cap

The FAQ only describes the steps: log in, click « Deposit » at the top of the page, choose a method, enter the amount and confirm. The money is then credited to the dice games account.

Whatever method you use, Belgian regulations cap deposits by default at 200 euros per week per gaming site. That cap applies to Ladbrokes Dice separately from the brand's other sites, since it is a separate account under a separate licence.

An increase goes through the procedure described in the chapter on the licence and player protection.

The Ladbrokes Dice catalogue: Dice Slot, dice games and automated tables

Six game families

The all-games page shows 246 titles on 7 October 2026. The site sorts them into six families, with a single title able to appear in several sections.

• 109 Dice Slot titles, machines with dice on the reels
• 59 dice games
• 38 roulettes
• 23 blackjacks
• 18 table games
• 7 jackpot games

It is a compact catalogue, in line with slot machine arcades, far from the thousands of machines of an online casino under an A+ licence.

Dice Slot titles and dice games featured at Ladbrokes Dice

The « Dice Slot » section moves familiar slots onto a dice engine: Gates of Olympus Dice, Sweet Bonanza Dice, Big Bass Dice and Wolf Gold Dice from Pragmatic Play, Hot Dice 10, 20 and 40 from Amatic, Dice Runner Megaways from Stakelogic, Money Drop DiceSlot from Gaming1 and Supra Hot Cubes from Novomatic.

The « Dice Games » section is almost entirely made by Air Dice: Infinity Dice, Forever Dice, Mega Wheels, Point Hunter and Grand Deluxe. Stakelogic adds Dice Timer Deluxe and Abra-ca-Dice.

On 8 October 2026, the « Top 10 » selection on the « For you » page featured Mega Wheels, Infinity Dice, Soccer Wheel, Grand Deluxe and Gates of Olympus 1000 Dice, among others. The operator does not say what criterion the selection is based on.

Roulette, blackjack and table games at Ladbrokes Dice

The « Roulette » section combines electronic roulette from Playtech and Win Studios, automated wheels from Stakelogic and Evolution titles such as Lightning Roulette, Red Door Roulette and Auto-Roulette. The lobby files the latter under a « live » filter, but the site does not say whether these are dealer-run tables.

« Blackjack » mostly holds Playtech and Win Studios versions, plus First Person Blackjack from Evolution and the BlackjackX tables from Pragmatic Play. « Tables Games » adds Mega Sic Bo, First Person Craps, several baccarat games and video poker such as Jacks or Better.

The domain has no live section of its own: the menu link to live games leads to the brand's casino site. We found no game show, bingo, keno or poker on the dice site.

Jackpot games at Ladbrokes Dice

The « Jackpot » section has only seven games, all from Air Dice: Black Lotus, Black Lotus Max, Red Lotus, Soccer Wheel, SuperWheels Progressive, Parasol Beach and Curvy Corsairs: Slicin' & Dicin'. We leave out the pot amounts shown on the tiles: they say nothing about the odds of any round.

Ladbrokes Dice game providers

Eleven studios appear in the lobby filters: Air Dice, Win Studios, Gaming1, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Amatic, IGT, Novomatic, Microgaming, Evolution and Stakelogic. The roulette section, for instance, mixes titles from Playtech, Win Studios, Evolution and Microgaming.

No average return to player is published. Any RTP figure for a game is a theoretical average over a very large number of rounds; each round remains random.

Ladbrokes Dice on a phone: no dedicated app

Nothing on the app stores

We found no dedicated Ladbrokes Dice app on the App Store or Google Play. The apps Derby publishes under the Ladbrokes name cover the casino, poker and sports betting, in other words other sites and other licences.

The FAQ nevertheless mentions a chat available via the site or the apps, without naming a dice app: we leave that point open.

The site in the browser

The site opens in the phone's browser, and the screenshots in this guide show that its help centre is readable on a small screen.

For a technical problem with a game, the operator advises clearing the cache and cookies first, then emailing customer service with a screenshot of the error message.

Ladbrokes Dice customer service: languages, channels and hours

Three languages, seven days a week

The Dutch FAQ answers the language question: customer service is available in French, Dutch and English. It can be reached seven days a week, from 10 am to 11 pm, through the chat on the site and by email at help@ladbrokesbelgium.be. No telephone number is published.

An automated assistant first

The chat starts with an automated assistant, Betty, introduced in the Dutch FAQ: to be understood faster, players are advised to type clear keywords such as « storting » (deposit) or « fout » (error).

The operator recommends being logged in to get a full service. Suspicious activity on an account should be reported to customer service immediately.

What Ladbrokes Dice displays: Boost tab, Lucky Spin and jackpot games

On Ladbrokes Dice, the promotions page contained no offer at all on 8 October 2026, even though the menu shows a « PROMO14 » counter, a figure shared across the whole brand. The text of article 60 (official source, opens in a new tab) and the Gaming Commission's reading of it are published on the Commission's website.

Three elements visible on the dice site

The Boost panel

A side tab, headed « BOOST CASINO » even on the dice site, lets players activate a boost that raises the paytable of winning spins. According to the rules, the extra amount is paid in cash within 48 hours.

Activation is possible only on the dice website, never in an app. Deactivating a boost forfeits it, each boost can be used once, and Ladbrokes Only games are excluded. Percentages and caps, visible only after logging in, are not reproduced here.

Lucky Spin, jackpots and what is missing

The Lucky Spin only appears in the help centre, which advises clearing the cache and cookies if the page does not work. No rules, frequency or prizes are published without logging in.

In the seven games of the « Jackpot » category, part of the stakes feeds a pot that drops at random. That is a game feature written into the game rules, not an advantage: the outcome remains random.

No tournament, no mission, no loyalty club with coins or tiers and no « Xtra Payout » style programme appear on Ladbrokes Dice. With no dedicated app, there is no advantage tied to installing one either.

The terms and conditions, closed to indexing, were not analysed. The rules you can check in the help centre are the deposit that must be played in full, one account per platform, the prior identity check and the old account not transferred during the 2024 split, still viewable but no longer playable.

Our verdict on Ladbrokes Dice

Ladbrokes Dice is aimed at players who specifically want dice games under a B+ licence, with a well-known brand, a compact catalogue and trilingual customer service available every day until 11 pm.

It is a poor fit for anyone who wants to know, before signing up, how and how quickly they can withdraw: the operator publishes nothing on the subject. The lack of a dedicated app and the promotional sections in the menu round off the reservations.

Set your deposit limit as soon as your account is open, and keep gambling within a leisure budget.
