Our review of 36WIN
36WIN is the online casino of PAS.CO, which runs gaming halls in Eeklo, Zingem and Lokeren in East Flanders, and holds a B+ licence from the Belgian Gaming Commission. The site offers just over 600 machine games, mostly dice slots, and no live casino. According to the operator, withdrawals are usually processed within two working days, and customer service answers by email and phone, with published opening hours of 10 am to 6 pm.
Pros
- B+ licence from the Belgian Gaming Commission in the name of PAS.CO, a Belgian company that also runs gaming halls in East Flanders

- No operator commission on deposits or withdrawals, according to the terms and conditions
- Phone number and email published, services announced in Dutch, French and English

- Withdrawal methods not stated: the FAQ gives a single list without separating deposits and withdrawals
- Processing counted in working days, then another two to four working days before the money arrives
- No app, no live chat and no live casino
- Possible 15% administration fee on money deposited and withdrawn without being played

36WIN at a glance: a gaming hall that moved online
36WIN is not an international platform with a Belgian skin. The site belongs to PAS.CO, a company based in Eeklo which, according to its homepage, runs gaming halls in Eeklo, Zingem and Lokeren.
The online casino extends that land-based business: the online licence is attached to the 36win hall in Eeklo. The games follow the habits of Belgian gaming halls, with a large majority of dice slots, the dice-based slot machines specific to the Belgian market.
We see 36WIN as the online extension of a Flemish gaming hall rather than as a platform casino. That is a strength for anyone who enjoys dice slots, and a drawback for anyone who wants to know every payment amount before signing up.
Léo MichelOnline casino writerWhat we reviewed, and how
For this review we reread the site's public pages on 7 October 2026: the FAQ, the terms and conditions, the responsible gaming page, the contact page, the lobby and the list of providers. We also checked the official register of the Belgian Gaming Commission.
We did not open an account: the timescales below are those announced by the operator, and anything that is not published is reported as such.
36WIN's B+ licence and player protection tools
A B+ licence attached to the Eeklo hall
The domain 36win.be appears on the Gaming Commission's official list of B+ licences (official source, opens in a new tab), in the name of PAS.CO SRL/BV, with an expiry date after the date of our review.
A B+ licence allows the holder of a slot machine arcade (class II) to offer machine games online. It does not cover table games with a dealer, which are reserved for A+ licences.
The terms and conditions quote the licence number and the Commission's supervision. They also state that the site's servers are hosted by Combell in Ghent.
Registration and identity checks
You can register with itsme or manually, providing among other things your name, address, date of birth and bank details. The minimum age is 21.
Before any first withdrawal, the operator requires a valid copy of your identity document and proof that the IBAN account you entered is yours.
Deposit limits and exclusion
The responsible gaming page says you can limit your deposits and set an exclusion period yourself in your player profile, or by simple request to customer service by email. Lowering a deposit limit takes effect immediately.
The site also points to the national voluntary exclusion of at least three months, which covers casinos, gaming halls and betting, online and on site. You request it from the Gaming Commission through the voluntary access ban form (official source, opens in a new tab).

The tools described remain basic: the page mentions neither a session length limit nor a playing time reminder. If gambling is becoming a problem, free and anonymous help is available from gokhulp.be (official source, opens in a new tab) in Dutch and joueurs.aide-en-ligne.be (official source, opens in a new tab) in French, and the free helpline 0800 35 777 is open around the clock.
Our verdict: Safety and licence
7.2out of 10
PAS.CO's B+ licence, attached to the Eeklo hall, and the check of identity document and IBAN before any withdrawal give a sound base. Deposit limits and exclusion periods are set in the profile or on request, and the site refers to the EPIS exclusion. The responsible gaming page remains thin, though, with no detailed playing time limit.
Withdrawals at 36WIN: announced timescales and conditions
Processing time, then the bank
According to the 36WIN FAQ, the operator generally processes payout requests within two working days of the request. After that, it relies on the banks to credit your account.
Another answer in the same FAQ says to allow about two to four working days before the money reaches your account. No instant withdrawal is announced.
Requests are made from your account, under the withdrawal section, at any time except in the middle of a game, and never for more than your balance.
Minimum withdrawal and withdrawal methods: not published
Two pieces of information are missing. The FAQ does not publish a minimum withdrawal amount, and it does not say which methods can be used to withdraw: it gives a single list of payment methods without separating the two directions.
The terms and conditions require proof that the IBAN account is yours before any withdrawal. That suggests a payout to a bank account, but the operator never says so explicitly, so we report these points as not disclosed rather than guess.
| Item | What 36WIN publishes |
|---|---|
| Processing of a request | generally within 2 working days (FAQ) |
| Money on your account | about 2 to 4 working days (FAQ) |
| Minimum withdrawal | not disclosed |
| Withdrawal methods | not stated |
| Operator commission | none (terms and conditions, article 5.6) |
| Documents required | identity document and proof of IBAN |
A 15% fee on money that is not played
The terms and conditions also allow the operator to charge a 15% administration fee on deposits and withdrawals that are not used to play.
The clause targets money moved in and out without any stake, which the operator treats as a money laundering risk. If you deposit, only deposit what you actually intend to play with.
Strengths
- Processing time and arrival time both stated in the FAQ
- Requests possible at any time from the withdrawal section, outside a game in progress
Weaknesses
- No instant withdrawal announced
- Timescales counted in working days, not hours
- Payout to the IBAN implied by the terms, never stated
Our verdict: Withdrawals
4.5out of 10
Processing announced as generally taking two working days, followed by about two to four working days before the money arrives, makes 36WIN a slow payer. The minimum withdrawal and the withdrawal methods are not stated: only proof of IBAN is required. No fast withdrawal is announced.
Deposits at 36WIN: seven methods, no published minimum
The seven methods in the FAQ
The Payment section of the FAQ lists seven methods that are common for a Belgian player, with a clear emphasis on debit cards. No e-wallet such as PayPal, Skrill or Neteller is mentioned.
- Bancontact/Mistercash
- Visa Debit
- Mastercard Debit
- Maestro
- Paysafecard
- Online-Banking
- bank transfer

Fees and minimum amount
Under the terms and conditions, the operator takes no commission on deposits, whatever the method. Your bank or payment provider may still charge fees.
Once the request is validated, the deposit is executed immediately. The minimum deposit amount is published neither in the FAQ nor in the terms and conditions.
The legal limit of 200 euros per week
As with every licensed operator, a legal deposit limit of 200 euros per week and per site applies from registration.
At 36WIN, you can ask for a higher limit through the site. It is only granted after 72 hours and with the agreement of the Gaming Commission, which may refuse it; a refusal is notified in writing.
What we could not verify
Minimum deposit, minimum withdrawal and withdrawal methods are not published anywhere on the public pages. They only appear once logged in, so we report them as not disclosed.

Our verdict: Payments

Seven common deposit methods, from Bancontact to bank transfer, with no operator commission. The minimum deposit is not published, and the terms and conditions provide for a 15% administration fee on transactions that are not played, which weighs on this criterion.
Games at 36WIN: dice slots, dice games and jackpots

A lobby dominated by dice slots
The all games lobby listed 605 distinct games on 7 October 2026, based on our count of the tiles (the operator publishes no total). The Dice slots category held 490 of them, the bulk of the offer.
The main menu has five sections: dice games, Dice slots, roulette, jackpot and card games. The categories page adds thirty-five themed selections, including popular, new, exclusive games, Mystery, low or high volatility, number of lines, seasons and sport.
| Section | Example titles | Main providers |
|---|---|---|
| Dice slots (490) | Big Bass Dice, Wild 27 Dice | Amusnet, Air Dice, Synot, Gaming1 |
| Dice games (68) | Forever Dice Max, Ocean Dice | Air Dice, Seven & Wild |
| Roulette (23) | Virtual European Roulette, Steampunk Roulette | Amusnet, Gaming1 |
| Card games (12) | Grand Blackjack, Jacks or Better | Greentube, Gaming1, Amusnet |
| Jackpot (268) | Dice Deco Super Pot, Money Stacks Dice | Amusnet, Synot, CT Interactive |
The counts in the table date from 8 October 2026, except for dice slots, unchanged since the 7th. The same game can appear in several sections.
Games exclusive to 36WIN
The exclusive games category holds twelve titles, all from Seven & Wild and tagged Exclusive on their tile. They are six games, each offered in two versions: one without a jackpot and one with a built-in jackpot.
- Wonderland and Wonderland Jackpot
- Wonderland XXL and Wonderland XXL Jackpot
- Diamond Jungle and Diamond jungle jackpot
- Diamond Jungle XXL and Diamond jungle XXL jackpot
- Queen of Dice and Queen of Dice Jackpot
- Hong kong dice and Hong Kong Dice Jackpot
Several of these exclusives also sit in the dice games section and in the 4-Box Dice selection. How their jackpots work is covered further down, in the chapter on the offer.
Dice slots highlighted at 36WIN
On 8 October 2026, the lobby's Popular category highlighted dice slots from several studios: 5 Potions+ Dice (Bellot), Book of Ra Dice (Greentube), Very Hot Dice 40 (Fazi), 100 Golden Coins Dice Edition (Amusnet) and Sweet Bonanza 1000 Dice (Pragmatic Play).
It opened with the game of the week, Trick Or Tree Progressive from Air Dice. Two selections are named after a grid format: 3x3 Diceslot, with 65 titles, and 4-Box Dice, with 48 titles, 36 of them from Air Dice.
The New category counted 92 games, among them Crystal Dice from Amusnet and Firebird Double 27 1000 Dice from Synot.
Roulette, blackjack and card games at 36WIN
The Roulette section brings together 23 automated roulette games with no dealer, mostly from Amusnet and Gaming1: European and American roulette, themed virtual versions and On Demand Roulette from Fazi.
Card games number 12: blackjack titles such as Grand Blackjack, Blackjack Crazy Twins or BlackJack Multihand 7 Seats, and video poker such as Jacks or Better, Joker Poker and American Poker 2. The table games selection adds two sic bo games from Gaming1.
Finally, the dice games section gathers 68 games, 55 of them from Air Dice, such as Forever Dice Max or Point Hunter.
No live tables or game shows at 36WIN
There is no live casino: no category and no dealer table appears in the lobby, which matches the scope of a B+ licence. We found no TV-style game show, bingo, keno or crash game either.
36WIN's game providers
The providers page lists fourteen studios: Air Dice, Amusnet, Bellot, CT Interactive, E-gaming, Endorphina, Fazi, Gaming1, Greentube, Kajot, Pragmatic Play, Seven Wild, Spinomenal and Synot. Several of them specialise in dice games for the Belgian market.
36WIN does not publish an average return to player (RTP). Each game has its own theoretical rate, set by its provider, and the outcome of every round remains random: no method can influence it.
36WIN game providers
Our verdict: Games
5.0out of 10
The catalogue holds 605 distinct games, 490 of them dice slots, alongside dice, roulette and card games from fourteen providers familiar to the Belgian market. The lack of a live casino is expected under a B+ licence, but the range stays narrow for anyone looking beyond machine games.
36WIN on a smartphone: browser only, no app
No app published
36WIN has no app. The site links to no App Store or Google Play listing.
The terms and conditions only describe a setup for computers (Windows, macOS) and browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). The FAQ nevertheless states that all games are available on mobile phones, in the browser.
The site on a small screen
On a phone screen the site switches to an adapted layout: a collapsed menu, registration and login buttons at the top, and help sections reachable in a few taps.
Logging in with itsme, offered both at registration and at sign-in, saves typing a password on a small screen.
Our verdict: Mobile
5.0out of 10
The operator neither publishes nor links to an app. The FAQ says every game is available in the phone's browser: with no app to assess, this criterion counts neither for nor against the site.
36WIN customer service: email and phone
- published opening hours
- 10am to 6pm
- service languages announced
- 3
- to submit a complaint
- 14 days
Two published channels, no chat
The customer support page gives the address support@36win.be; the contact page adds a phone number, 09/279.15.44, with opening hours of 10 am to 6 pm. No live chat appears on the pages we reviewed.
The terms and conditions announce services in Dutch, French and English. The Dutch version of the terms prevails if the translations differ.

Complaints and remedies
A complaint must reach customer service no later than 14 days after the event; the operator undertakes to handle it within 5 working days.
You can also contact the Gaming Commission or the Belgian Consumer Ombudsman Service, whose details are given in the terms and conditions.
Our verdict: Customer service
5.5out of 10
Services are announced in Dutch, French and English, with a published email address, phone number and opening hours of 10 am to 6 pm. The lack of live chat holds this criterion back.
36WIN's offer: jackpots, game of the week and game categories
Article 60: what this chapter covers
Article 60 of the Gaming Act prohibits any bonus or advantage meant to attract or retain players. This chapter describes what 36WIN displays to Belgian players, without our having verified its compliance and without recommending it. We do not reproduce any jackpot amount.
What the site does not display
On 8 October 2026 we went back through every part of 36WIN where a promotional mechanism could appear: the menu, the lobby categories, the sitemap in Dutch, French and English, the terms and conditions and the FAQ.
The site has no promotions page, no tournaments, no loyalty club, no missions, no wheel and no prize drops. Since 36WIN has no app, there is no advantage tied to installing one either.
Jackpots built into the games
The Jackpot section of the menu groups the games with a built-in jackpot: linked machines (the Golden Coins Link series), titles labelled Progressive such as Trick Or Tree Progressive or Super Wheels Progressive, and pot games such as Dice Deco Super Pot.
In a progressive jackpot, a small share of every stake feeds a common pot that is awarded at random under the supplier's rules. The Gaming Commission does not count this mechanism among the advantages covered by Article 60 as long as it is written into the game rules and works the same way for every player.
36WIN publishes neither the share of the stake paid into these pots nor how they are triggered. The outcome of every round remains random: no pattern of play brings a jackpot closer.
Of the twelve exclusive games from the Seven & Wild studio, presented in the games chapter, six are jackpot versions: Hong Kong Dice Jackpot, Diamond jungle jackpot, Wonderland Jackpot, Wonderland XXL Jackpot, Diamond jungle XXL jackpot and Queen of Dice Jackpot.
A page in Dutch and English, missing from the menu, presents them under an amount we do not reproduce: it is a feature defined by the game rules, not an offer from the operator.
Game of the week, feature purchase and Mystery
The Game of the week page highlights one title each week, Trick Or Tree Progressive at the time of our review, together with a list of similar games. It attaches no advantage to that choice, which remains an editorial pick.
Despite its name, the Achat Bonus (bonus buy) category is not an operator promotion: it gathers games whose rules let you buy the special feature directly for a higher stake. Each round costs more, while chance plays the same role.
Finally, the Mystery category groups Air Dice and E-Gaming games with a mystery feature that the operator does not describe.
| Mechanism | How it works | Frequency | Conditions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jackpot (menu section) | jackpots built into the games, awarded at random | permanent | rules of each game, share of the stake not published |
| Seven & Wild exclusive games | six jackpot versions of games specific to the site | permanent | rules of each game |
| Game of the week | one game highlighted, no advantage announced | weekly | no conditions published |
| Feature purchase | special feature bought for a higher stake | permanent | price set by each game |
| Mystery | games with a mystery feature, not described | permanent | not published |
What the terms and conditions say
The terms and conditions devote Article 6 to the prohibition of bonuses. They point out that the holder of a supplementary licence may not offer game tokens or bonuses of any kind, and that the prohibition in Article 60 applies in full to online gambling.
The Commission sets out its reading of the rule on its page about the application of Article 60 (official source, opens in a new tab).
The terms and conditions are not always elegantly worded but remain readable. Three clauses deserve your attention: the 15% administration fee, the 14 day deadline for complaints, and a sentence stating that the operator's decision in a dispute about a game is final and binding.
That last clause does not take away your right to turn to the Gaming Commission or the ombudsman.
Strengths
- No promotions page, tournaments or club
- Game of the week with no advantage attached
- Article 6 of the terms devoted to the Article 60 ban
Weaknesses
- Share of the stake paid into jackpots not published
- Operator's decision final and binding in a dispute
- Terms and conditions not always clearly worded
Our verdict: Offer and terms
6.8out of 10
The terms and conditions restate the Article 60 ban, and no promotion appears on the public pages. Two clauses hold this criterion back: a 15% fee on transactions that are not played, and an operator decision described as final and binding in a dispute.
Our verdict on 36WIN
Who 36WIN suits
36WIN suits an adult Belgian player who enjoys the dice slots and dice games of Flemish gaming halls, prefers a local operator that can be reached by phone, and pays with Bancontact or a debit card.
The catalogue is consistent, the providers familiar to the Belgian market are present, and the terms and conditions state clearly that bonuses are prohibited.
Who 36WIN suits less
It is less suited to anyone who wants fast, well documented withdrawals, a chat, an app or a live casino.
Because minimum amounts and withdrawal methods are not published, you have to open an account to see information that other operators make public.
In our view, 36WIN is a choice for its local roots and its dice slots, not for the speed of its withdrawals. We would like to see a minimum deposit, a minimum withdrawal and the withdrawal methods published: those are the first things a player checks.
